At this place, SSC provides closed building security service including access control, control room and patrol service on a 148-hectare complex including villas, apartments, adjacent houses, shopping mall, supermarket, clinics, school and many other utilities.

There are a total of 300 SSC security guards working 24/7 at Ciputra Complex, performing building reception and patrol around the perimeter area and the basement parking lot. From the central control room, security officers monitor the camera system and fire protection system for the entire complex. SSC security officers serve as the first reaction force in emergencies at the complex while all risk prevention is performed daily.
